1. Shipping Options

We offer Standard and Express Shipping to customers throughout the United States and select international destinations. Shipping options available for your location will be displayed during checkout.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During holidays, sales events, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 5–7 Business Days

Express Shipping: 2–3 Business Days

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and the shipping method you select.

Free shipping promotions may be offered during special events and will be clearly advertised when available.

5. International Shipping

DeeLuxe & Co. proudly ships to many countries worldwide.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, DeeLuxe & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date at DeeLuxeCo14@gmail.com, and we’ll gladly assist you.
